7:15am Doors open/7:55 School Starts/8am Tardy Bell/3:15pm Pick up/3:25pm Bus Dismissal

Each student will be issued a parent pick up card that all family and friends must have in order to pick up a student. This will especially be important in the parent pick up line after school.
Please, have your school issued card visible in the car window where the number can be seen.
The number is unique to each student and helps the dismissal process go smoother and quicker.
Parents may request as many additional cards as necessary from the classroom teacher. No one is allowed to get out of the car for pick up.

We understand it may be necessary to have a student picked up by someone that does not have a card. In those circumstances let the classroom teacher and office know in advance so we can expect this person.

All aduls picking up students will be required to show photo ID for student's safety.

See below, the map on the back and outside signs for locations to drop off and pick up your student.

If you have siblings or multiple grade levels on the Elementary campus, you will drop off and pick up at the youngest child's location (For example: I have a Prek and 2"9 grader. I will drop off and pick them up at the PreK porch.)

Tardies: Do your best to have students to school on time. This helps them have a successful day. If your child is late, you need to walk them into the school and check in at the front desk.

Breakfast is served in the cafeteria from 7:15am-7:50am. If a child brings a breakfast they may eat it in the cafeteria during this time as well.

Absences: If your child is going to be absent please call the office by 9am on the morning. of the absence 254-398-3507. This will prevent you from getting a call from the school to check on your child. Also, when the student returns to school after an absence, a student MUST bring.a note within 7 days of the absence. This note will need to have the child's full name, date(s) of absence, reason for absence, teacher's name and be signed by the parent and/or doctor. If no note is turned in the absence will be coded as unexcused.

The 1st day of school, August 17 you are welcome to walk your child to their classroom. Doors will open at 7:15am and you may go to classrooms after 7:30am. We kindly ask that parents depart the classrooms before 7:55am so teachers and students can officially dive into their first day of school!

Also, the 1" couple of weeks of school parking and lines can be long - we apologize in advance.
